For the better part of 20 years we developed leads for our contracted affiliate agents, digging into public records, taking hours to build qualified leads. Today with our AI tool we have been able to cut the cost down. Building a qualified lead list in the past cost us between $35.00 to $45.00 a lead before AI. Now our cost is $3.55 a lead. We elected to use our knowledge, experience and tool to provide these fantastic leads to a limited core of agents across the USA. Why a limited core of agents? Simply because we have no intent of flooding the market with the crap that has been offered to agents over the years. A lead is only good if you use it. About our lists.
1: Lists are created from public records of businesses and verified. Each list is created and identified by an ID assigned and aligned to an agent. No list is copied and presented to another agent.
Limited Agent, Limited Lists
Uniqueness and quality are imperative.
2: We limit the number of agents we will work with, in any defined region. An example could be the Philadelphia, Pennsylvania region. The maximum number of agents would be three. Each agent would be given defined zip codes from Philadelphia County separating the city and additionally be assigned separate counites around Philadelphia County. No two agents would have the same database that we create our lists from. Could a company or individual owner appear on another agent’s list? Possibly if the owner or company maintains a separate business in another location. However, it would be rare. Leads are listed by home office and not secondary locations.
3: Agencies with multiple locations and larger commercial agencies working within a state, we can create lead lists from a combination of zip codes.
What is included on the list created for you?
Lists are emailed using an Excel Spread Sheet.
Company Name: Owner or Administrator listed as the executive of the company, Company Address, Year Established when available, Primary SIC CODE, Number of Employees* , Sales Volume Range Reported**, Verified Phone Number , VOIP, Land Line or Mobile, Listed Website associated with the company, when available.
- * Number of Employees: We filter out businesses with less than 5 employees and over 100. The reason is the turn over of companies with less than 5 is high and a challenge to verify. Companies with over 100 employees we have found many community based independent agents are not where these employers turn to for insurance quotes. Our objective is to provide quality leads that can generate sales.
- **Sales volume: We filter between 500k and<10 million. These companies generally turn to community based independent agents for their risk management and benefits programs. Additionally, the employees of these companies tend to live within the local community and are quality prospects for personal lines, life insurance and supplement health plans.
Data Base Categories
Industries where leads are collected from: Agriculture, Construction, Manufacturing, Transportation, and Wholesale Distribution. We do not include medical, banking, finance, retail and service companies.
How are lists created?
Lists are created individually based on the (AIRF) agent information request form
Our check and verify system.
Fees for lists are requested only after we have created a unique list and verified it. We then request payment within 24 hours and deliver the list upon receiving payment.
1: We limit agents from a region and only independent insurance agents or agencies are accepted as our clients. To be considered, an agent or agency must complete the AIRF. (Agent Information Request Form)
2: Upon acceptance by our staff the agent is informed and asked via email if they wish to have a list compiled for them, at that time. Agents maintain their Regional Agent status by purchasing one (1) lead list monthly (30 days). The 30 days are measured from the day the list is delivered. If and agent does not purchase the list created for them, their regional status as an agent terminates. To maintain their status as the regional agent a list must be purchased monthly, if it can be created. If we cannot produce a new unique list for that regional agent we will inform them. No new agent will be assigned if we cannot produce a new list within the 30 day cycle. This is rare but in some areas of the country it is a fact. Fees are never collected on the first order until a list is confirmed and offered for delivery.
3: FEES FOR LISTS ARE NOT COLLECTED UNTIL WE CAN DELIVER THE LIST. Once we gather leads using our defined quality system, then create and verify a list of 25, we request payment before delivering the list. Payment is due within 24 hours of notification for delivery. The standard turnaround time to create a list is 48 to 72 hours. In some areas it can take up to a week to create a list. The list is provided within an hour via an agreed upon email, once the payment is received. All payments are made using our PayPal account. Agents electing to secure a region and pay the advance discount rate will be sent new lists automatically, monthly once they have paid the annual special. Additional lists will revert to the standard rate of $7.00 a lead plus list fee or $182.50 for 25 leads.
4:Lists are only forwarded once the fee is paid in advance.
5: We are committed to assisting a core of agents helping them expand their reach using the IOLEBA Leads and grow their business.
Agents taking advantage of our special offer of $3.55 a lead can maintain this price for 12 months and/or 300 leads with an annual fee paid in advance. The standard fee is $7.00 a lead or $182.50 a list or $2,190 for 12 months. We provide a “let’s get to know each other 1 time offer” The first list is provided for the $96.25. Prior to sending the second month’s list a payment of $1,003.75 must be paid. Additional, orders of lists not paid in advance will revert to the standard rate of $182.50 a list including the fee. Lock in a $1,090 saving but test out our lists and services at the special price of $96.25 for the 1st month.
